    What a good recipe for flounder. We felt like we were in a good restaurant. The risotto goes great with it too, and both dishes are quite simple to make. Both are keepers :

    Unlike the rest of you. I didn't bother with the risotto because it looked awful. The flounder was sub par and I wouldn't bother with it again. Thx!!!!!!!!!!

    This looked so good and it tasted excellent. We loved the red pepper cream sauce. I will be making this with other kinds of fish too. Can't wait to have it again!

    If you haven't made the risotto then you haven't made the recipe. Please only rate recipes you've actually tried. Otherwise it's not fair to the rest of us. Thx!

    Great on flounder. Both the flounder and the sauce have bold flavors. I had some sauce left over, so the next night I used it as a dipping sauce for fishsticks. YUM!!! I make my own fishsticks using a prepared widely known coating mix. :

    The sauce was great. I roasted my own peppers like I always do because I think they taste sweeter than jarred. I liked the idea to puree the peppers with the Alfredo. The risotto came out great too.
