    The sauce was terrible and ruined the fish. And, watch out because it does, in fact stain badly. The risotto was mushy and you couldn't taste the asparagus.

    The sayce was abysmal and the asparagus was lost in that salty packaged risotto. Try her other fish recipes -- almost all of them are a lot better than this one.

    The sauce is totally gross. Bright unnatural color and a bitter, totally unappetizing taste and unctuous texture. The fish might as well have been a piece of cardboard, as you couldn't taste a molecule of it for that hideous sauce. I thought about trying it without the sauce, but I can't get my family to eat fish without sauce or toping. So I won't make it again.

    You can't taste the fish for the sauce. It could have been fish or bacon or peaches or cardboard -- it would all taste the same under all that sauce. Plus it STAINS!! The rice was pretty good though.

    I skipped to Cool Whip idea one of these reviewers suggested, so it came out great. I used Orange Roughy since I don't really like flounder. Awesome idea for a great risotto!
