First off, the items were hard to find, considering they aren't commonly used, so nobody has a clue as to what it is/where it is. Hoisin sauce? Dark sesame oil..light/dark, who knew there was a difference? And the can cream of coconut?! It's like an instant pina colada.
I took a chance, and unfortunately, it a disappointment. It's NOT dressing. It's more of a thick paste.
In short, The combination of the ingredients is nauseating!! Such a gross after-taste because everything in it individually is a lot of flavor--all combined is a disaster.!! YUCK!!!

    bon appetit!

. . . heavy for a frilly green like frisee. As several reviewers have pointed out, this is more of a peanut sauce than a salad dressing (though not pad thai sauce - that's a whole different thing altogether. I thinned mine out with a lot of hot water, then cooled it before putting it on the greens. It was OK, but no better than a bottled Asian salad dressing . . . which would have been much cheaper!

Frisee was too bitter & the amount of peanut butter was too much.

The dressing was so thick you could stand up a spoon in it. You couldn't dress lettuce in it even if you wanted to.

It was disgusting. Needless to say we used store bought dressing instead.

It's sate dipping sauce. It makes for a thick, gloppy, sweet and disgusting salad dressing.
