What a shame for those who didn't watch the show that whoever adds these recipes to the website doesn't follow what actually was done. The drink itself is yummy, but the presentation was what took it over the top. On the show, Sandra rimmed a martini glass (not a rocks glass with honey, then dipped it in fluffy coconut. It made the drink look as if it were wearing a white stole or feathered boa. Very elegant - and no straw in sight! Everyone loved it - flavor AND presentation! Thank you, Sandra!

I made this for the Christmas holidays and was a little disappointed. If not made exactly to the recipe it can either be strong or too "icey" (i.e. all ice and no flavor. It is very pretty though!
