Very easy and completely delicious! I opted to melt the chocolate over double boiler just because can keep better eye on it. About half way through I needed to warm chocolate again for easier dipping. Came out great and everyone loved them. They were gone in about to days!

These are great! Everyone loved them! I think next time I'll also try vanilla chips and maybe add coconut extract and/or toasted coconut to roll them in. My mind is in overdrive with alternate ideas. Possibilities are endless.

These are pretty good. Butterscotch is best. With sprinkles! They are very rich and something different to try.

Use dark chocolate and roll them in orange sprinkles and they're perfect for Hallowe'en trick-or-treaters! I kept a stack by the door last year and the kids were really surprised.

When I saw those yellow fruits in my supermarket I was intrigued ... but had no idea how to prepare them. Thanks to Mrs. Chef Lee, now I have a keeper. I will be bringing these to my daughter's wedding reception.
