Made this yesterday for the "meet the parents" dinner - really, really good! Rave reviews from my boyfriend's parents! I used a pork roast - also I didn't have spicy brown mustard so I used coarse dijon mustard - excellent!

This came out GREAT! I made the full amount of mustard paste except just 1 T oil. Slathered it on a 3.5# pork loin & cooked as directed in my NuWave oven. I used a thermometer to make sure when it was to 145* - it only took 1.25 hrs. It was the juiciest roast ever - can't wait to make it again! Love your recipes, Sandra. Thanks so much!

I saw this episode this morning I just had to try. Went to store to buy the mustard and the pork and rosemary, total price $9.14. Inexpensive, easy, DELICIOUS!! Oh my.. it was delicious!! I did put 2 tablespoons of minced garlic because we love garlic. But other than that followed the recipe and we loved it. Definitely will make again!

So delicious!!! And super easy too. I made the mixture and rubbed the mixture on the pork in seconds. I couldn't believe a dish so easy was so delicious. Thanks Sandra!
