My husband and I love the kick that this marinade gives to our steaks and that it makes them so tender. I love it because it's sooo easy. We've used it on rib-eyes, strip steaks, london broil - it works great on about any cut! This is a new favorite!

This is a very easy steak to make. It has a little kick, but not as much as you may think. It is very tasty. I will definitely be making this again.

WHAT a delicious marinade! We loved it! My husband pretty much inhaled his steak! A rib-eye is an expensive cut so I was a little hesitant to try this with it but NO REGRETS! This marinade would also be excellent with chicken, ribs, pork, shrimp or salmon. It's just an all around keeper!

I marinated mine all day and the steaks were tender, juicy and flavorful without being too spicy. This one is a keeper!

Me and my husband love it, and we never change our old marinate but we have a new one now. I send it to my family in Puerto Rico because it will make a good surf and turf with some lobster. mmmmm

The marinade is very bitter and spicy. We thought it ruined the steaks, frankly.

Maybe it's an acquired taste but we HATED the taste of the marinade. HATED it. I marinated for 3+ hours but even in that time it didn't sink in much, which was a GOOD thing.

I cook....make my own chicken stock, pie crusts, BBQ sauce, but needed a "quick fix". I follow Sandra as I am intrigued~ This recipe was a reall home-run! We used Filet, and although a beautiful cut of meat that you don't want to "overseason", this gaucho marinade was wonderful! We only were able to marinate it for an hour and the flavor and carmelization were terrific! If you can marinate as suggested...even better. I served it with grilled asparagus and grits with Asiago. delish!
