The Gorgonzola sauce was too strong for my family and I would cut back on the amount of Gorgonzola cheese next time. The recipe was both good and easy. I would definitely make it again with a few alterations.

After reading reviews I KNEW this recipe needed some adjusting. My husband does not like a lot of garlic, so I substituted 1/2 teaspoon of McCormick Perfect Pinch Basis & Garlic. My husband picked up the wrong 'white sauce' packet for the gravy part and instead got the McCormick Peppered Country Gravy mix. I did use the 1/2 & 1/2 cream but definitely should not have! Use water like the Country Gravy packet said because it is very very rich. I had to cut the very thick gravy with milk before I added the chicken. Also, used the mini-Gnocchi from the store pasta shelf as couldn't find the refrigerated ones. I only used half the packet because again, my husband is not fond of Gnocchi. Next time I will serve over fettuccini and not use Gnocchi. I don't think this is one of Sandra Lee's best recipes.

I like Gorgonzola, and yes this dish is very decadent, as other reviews have mentioned. Serve it with a side salad to lighten it up.

I have just recently discovered gnocchi and have been trying different recipes out, but I have never really liked the way they turned out. I just tried this recipe and made a few changes but loved it!!! I will definitely be making this frequently. I made my own white sauce (super easy and added white pepper, oregano, and feta cheese (instead of gorgonzola. I also added sauteed mushrooms which I think made the biggest difference in the dish. Yummmm!!!

This is one of our favorite meals ever! We always make this when entertaining and everyone loves it! We do, however, ask our guests first if they like gorgonzola because it does have such a strong flavor. It's such a fast and simple dish and looks so pretty on a serving platter. The Zucchini Oreganata is an excellent side dish, along with some good bread. Love it!

This was just awful. I think this is the first of Sandra's recipes that I didn't like but I thought this was inedible and so did my husband.

After reading the other reviews we decided to make our own white sauce and cut back on the cheese. It was just delicious and super fast to make.
