I even made my own white sauce because those envelopes all taste so processed-
It was still revolting and WAY too high in calories for one meal!

This dish was sooo delish! Rich and wonderful. I doubled the recipe and added a little more garlic. Instead of the store bought chicken, I just baked some boneless chicken breasts on a sheet pan and cut them up. Who knew about white sauce in a packet? What a time saver! Way to go Sandra, LOVE your ideas!

Although we enjoy gnocchi and we like gargonzola cheese, this was almost inedible. I didn't even want my dog to eat what we couldn't! The sauce was much too strong to enjoy and there was way too much of it for 1 pound of gnocchi. I would say if anyone dares to make this, they should cut the gargonzola down to 2 oz and taste the sauce before adding any more. But with all the good food available, I'm just going to throw this recipe out!!!!

This is the kind of dish that I normally didn't make at home and would order when I go out. However, this was very easy to make and delicious. This will be a repeat meal for us. A wonderful treat.

Made this last night and it was wonderful and very different. Easy making tips. Gnocci readymade and chicken already cooked and ready to go. Never thought that the Gargonzola cheese would make this dish outstanding.

I loved this recipe!!! The gorgonzola cheese made the sauce taste delicious. I found whole wheat gnocchi and substituted it, and it came out great.

I like this recipe and have made it several times. Now I skip the gnocchi because I feel it doesn't really add to the taste; I think it adds to the volume only. If I needed to feed several people and volume was more important then I like the gnocchi. I've also tried using different kinds of quality blue cheese with much success.

I made this for valentine's day and it was a big hit. I feel though that it needs a vegetable in with the dish. Next time I will add broccoli, spinach, or asparagus.
