Just finished enjoying this recipe! Very tasty and very easy. This dish is so rich that it pairs wonderfully with the Zucchini Oreganata that she made in this episode as well. We like strong cheeses like gorgonzola and blue cheese so this dish was great in that regard and I have been looking for a good gnocchi recipe for some time.
Prep time was a little more than the 15 minutes listed though because of getting the roasted chicken off the bone.

I made this recipe and it turned out wonderful! This will be on the regular rotation for sure. I did make a couple changes though. I omitted the gnocchi, white sauce packet, milk, garlic, gorgonzola and parsley. Perfection!
