i made this as a meal but it would be great for appetizers. i love the combo of guava and the goat cheese. plus if you use butter to grill these on a pan the golden crust is delicious.

This lady has one of the oddest pallets I have ever come across. I guess the amount of alcohol she consumes, in the food, on the food, in salads, in the desert, in cakes, and not forgetting drinking grain alcohol by the gallon, has at some point damaged/killed her taste buds.

Odd and unappetizing flavors. My family did not like this and I would not make it again.

These quesadillas were so great every time I've made them. I've substituted every kind of cheese and jam (even swiss and grape! and they are really tasty. Thank you Sandra for an extrordinary and versitile recipe from south of the border to our homes.

I used the strawberry jam instead of the guava, and we really enjoyed these a lot! They are different, but the taste is sweet and tangy at the same time. Thanks, Sandra.

I couldn't get the quasadillas to stick together like they should so I subbed out the goat cheese for Velveeta which melts good and now it sticks perfectly.
