This is one of my favorite salad recipes. Very easy to make. The dressing is delicious. Sometimes I use different types of lettuce. I am so glad I tried this recipe.
Refreshing, mouth watering salad combination that is fast and easy to make. If I had been presented this salad at a restaurant, I would have been impressed. Dressing fast, easy and inexpensive to make. Company worthy.
    i made whole meal great
I added a quarter cup of Poppyseed dressing to the rest of the dressing ingredients. It sweetened the dressing and gave it a little additional kick.
I loved this and it's a great side for spring time. The dressing was a great recipe and I would make a larger recipe of it and use it for other times. I substituted regular apple cider vinegar for the red wine vinegar and put in a few drops of pinot noir and I liked the flavor better. I also smashed the garlic into a paste with a pinch of salt before adding it.
Very refreshing, summery salad. The dressing has a good combination of flavors. If I was to do it again I would add the vinegar last and just a hint as it easily overpowers the other flavors.
This recpie was great! I substitited baby spinach for Romaine and orange slices for the mango. It was a sweet tasting salad. Like Heaven!
I love salad so this is the perfect "snack" for me!!!!! I eat a lot........this is perfect for any meal!!!!! I really like it!!!!
I used fresh champagne mangos cubed, fresh blueberries, fresh blackberries, and fresh bing cherries halved with the pits removed. I didn't follow the measurement for the dressing. I left the garlic out and substituted Raspberry White Wine Vinegar for red-wine vinegar. I would taste the dressing until I got the taste I liked.

It was good! I have also tried the same recipe with a mixture of lettuce (the pre-made salad mixture) and it was YUMMY!

I've made it twice and both times I received complements from my husband and guests.
Was definitely NOT refreshing to any of us. We hated the dressing and will not make again.
    Will not repeat.
I tried all of the recipes from this show for our meal. The cool, refreshing flavors of the salad were a perfect compliment to the spicey tastes of the jerk chicken and the black beans. It was a winner with my family. Thanks for the recipes!
Wasn't really greek tasting at all.
... compliment to the Island Chicken!
This green salad is a good twist to the regular salad.
I served this salad to guests and they loved this salad as much as I do. It's easy too. The mangos this year are super sweet.
light and tasty, the dressing gave it a good zing!
This salad had good flavor and was "super simple" to make.
Very good salad - the fresh lime juice is such a great addition.
This had so much garlic that I had to throw it out
