Refreshing, mouth watering salad combination that is fast and easy to make. If I had been presented this salad at a restaurant, I would have been impressed. Dressing fast, easy and inexpensive to make. Company worthy.

I added a quarter cup of Poppyseed dressing to the rest of the dressing ingredients. It sweetened the dressing and gave it a little additional kick.

I loved this and it's a great side for spring time. The dressing was a great recipe and I would make a larger recipe of it and use it for other times. I substituted regular apple cider vinegar for the red wine vinegar and put in a few drops of pinot noir and I liked the flavor better. I also smashed the garlic into a paste with a pinch of salt before adding it.

Very refreshing, summery salad. The dressing has a good combination of flavors. If I was to do it again I would add the vinegar last and just a hint as it easily overpowers the other flavors.

This recpie was great! I substitited baby spinach for Romaine and orange slices for the mango. It was a sweet tasting salad. Like Heaven!

I used fresh champagne mangos cubed, fresh blueberries, fresh blackberries, and fresh bing cherries halved with the pits removed. I didn't follow the measurement for the dressing. I left the garlic out and substituted Raspberry White Wine Vinegar for red-wine vinegar. I would taste the dressing until I got the taste I liked.

It was good! I have also tried the same recipe with a mixture of lettuce (the pre-made salad mixture and it was YUMMY!

I've made it twice and both times I received complements from my husband and guests.

Was definitely NOT refreshing to any of us. We hated the dressing and will not make again.
