This was a great combination! It was easy. One of my favorite sandwiches has fresh turkey, brie, apricot preserves, and apple slices; this is sort of a mexican version of that. It was really tasty. I'll make it again and again - even if I'm the only one in my house that eats it!

1 (8 ounce jar strawberry jam
    1/4 cup applesauce
    1 pinch ground cinnamon.

I made this recipe with tortillas and as a crepe. I like it better as a crepe. It made a great breakfast.

I was confused....did I miss something? I watched this show recently and wanted to try the apple & brie quesadillas, but no ingredients list. And put the sauce in the microwave, but not ingredients! Please provide. Thanks.

I tried this recipe as is the first time and it was great! Went to make it agan just now but realizing we only had two tortillas left for two people it wasn't going to cut it! So we made open faced quesadilla/pizzas using the cream cheese and brie, topped with sliced apple, drizzled with honey, sprinkled with caramelized onions and chopped freshly cooked bacon.. then topped with arugala and drizzled with the dipping sauce before cooking in the oven at 375 for about 5 minutes, just long enough to melt the cheese and wilt the arugala. Let me tell you, delicious! The sweetness of the honey and caramelized onions added to the sweetness from the apple and the sauce, with a salty hint from the bacon and a spiciness from the arugala! The original recipe gets 5 stars as well!!

I was a little hesitant because of the combination of flavors - Creamcheese and Brie didn't sound like it would work well together, but omg it was delicious!! This is a MUST try recipe!!!

I love melty brie and apples. I switched up the sauce. I used red pepper jelly to give it a kick along with the sweet. What a great snack for a football weekend.

This can work as an appetizer or dessert. It is so tasty! I subsituted raspberry jam for strawberry and it was very tasty. I used a granny smith apple. Will make again!

i liked it a lot at first but then it tasted horrible towards the end. The mixing sauce was waaaaay too sweet, but that might have been my fault. defitiely not making it again.
