    I loved this dish from the first bite! It is simple and has a great combination of flavors. However, I did not follow the exact measurements for making the dipping sauce as it made way too much. Instead, I just estimate the amount depending on how many quesadillas I'm making so I don't have a ton of sauce left over.

    I've made these quesadillas several times and they are always a crowd favorite! For dipping sauce, I have used strawberry flavored applesauce & added cinnamon.

    Easy to make. Good flavor. Recipe makes way more dipping sauce than needed, however.
