Made this last night with Tri Tip and Sandra's Barbecued Roasted Potatoes. It was great. Nice and Simple. It was the first time I had grilled asparagus. It's amazing how grilling it really brings out the sweetness. I did add a the juice of half a lemon. Also, we had hickory chips smoking on the grill. My husband and sons (11 and 16 LOVED it. I will never make asparagus any other other way now!

I added 1 T. butter, and garlic powder along with fresh cut garlic and cooked in a grill basket, fast, easy and tasty, and I dont usually like asparagus.

This is a great, healthy way to cook asparagus.

I don't see how this could possibly go wrong for anyone unless you just don't like asparagus.

This is a tried and true way to grill asparagus, and is almost foolproof (if you don't scorch it, so watch it!. If you like it spicier, then it's easy to splash some lemon or whatever on it when it's done.

This was a very simple way to enjoy asparagus. I did not grill it. I baked it in a 400 degree oven for about 8 minutes. It was so tender/crisp. Just perfect. Thanks Sandra!

Mite try it again with canned asparagus so that it's not so time consuming.
