    My husband is on a low carb diet, so this app was perfect! The bacon compliments this dish so well...If you like your poppers to have a kick, leave some seeds in, if not I recommend you take all the seeds out because that is what makes the jalps spicy. Serve with a little ranch and you are good to go. Just be careful of the cheese spilling out.

    My husband grilled these up last night, but added cream cheese in addition to the shredded cheese. They were great, and not too hot. We'll definitely have these again.

    gutting the jalapenos was a bit time consuming, so it's something u would have to plan to make. it's not a "throw together" food. but for my party on the 4th of july, they were over very well.
