    The flavor of the poppers are very good, the only porblem I had was trying to grill the poppers on both sides and not letting the filling of cheese ooze all out and still getting the bacon cooked. Other than that the poppers were very good.

    Foil is a great idea! The pepper steams in bacon juice and still absorbs a smokey flavor from the grill. great tip! Tnx!

    The bacon caught on fire and the popper burned up. I think I'll fry them next time.

    The first time I made these I had all the same problems: the bacon burned, the cheese oozed out and the pepper was uncooked. I solved the problem by wrapping each pepper tightly in foil before grilling. They are perfect now.
