I love salt but these pork chops were really salty for me. The peach salsa was a good pairing with the chili powder flavor though. If I try it again, I will cut the salt in half and add a pinch of cayenne for more spiciness and depth.

I was going to make pork chops, then decided to see if I could find a "different" recipe. I didn't have fresh peaches, but I did have a can of them. Also, I had no cilantro. But other than that, followed the recipe and even the kids loved it!

Yummy!!! My picky husband was skeptical of the peach salsa! After he took the first bite he could not stop talking about the spicy chops balanced out by the hint of sweetness from the salsa. Also, we really enjoyed the warmness of the grilled chops with the chilled salsa. This will be a regular in my house from now on.

My husband and I just made the salsa this evening as an appetizer served with tortilla chips, and it was delicious! Very fresh and light. Looking forward to trying it with the pork.

I tried this recipe on the 4th of July cook out and it was the best pork chops I have ever grilled. The flavor of the rub was very good and left a crisp crust on the out side.Everyone ask where I got the recipe. It was a big hit.
