follow the directions and they come out rich and flavorful...not mushy.

Yep - I think that covers it... I wish we could give zero stars, as this recipe is an insult to "Awful".

I was hesitant to marinade this as long as recipe suggested. I was afraid of "cooking" the shrimp (like a ceviche. I wish I had followed my instincts. The shrimp "cooked" in the vinegar and then cooking it a "second" time made it mealy and overcooked. I wonder how it would have tasted as a straight ceviche? I actually would give it no stars if that were an option.

We loved this recipe and were so pleasantly surprised by the burst of rosemary flavor provided by the skewers. The marinade was great too and I was happy to find another use for my orange flavored olive oil.

The shrimp overcooked in the time the recipe states. Plus the marinade -- which tasted pretty foul -- made the shrimp mushy. This recipe is a dud.

It started disintegrating the shrimp. Plus it tasted horrible.

The marinade did "cook" the shrimp a little making them mushy and unappetizing.

Recipe was easy to make, but it was not spectacular.
