What were the herbs that you used for the salad on top of the salmoon?

I only made the corn recipe and it was delicious. (Served with lump crab cakes I cooked the corn in a skillet as she did on the show and used Italian Seasonings, as on the show. I used fresh mushrooms and sauted them first in Olive Oil and then added the corn, chopped roasted red peppers, garlic, sea salt, pepper, Italian seasonings and Balsamic Vinegar. Everyone had seconds. (I'm not sure I would like the corn with the flavor of the Herbs de Provence.

I used less Herbs de Provence and a pintch of Italian spice, the Salmon came out PERFECT! We loved it. The Salmon I used was Giant, that is probably why it was NOT over done.

Instead of 3 tbsps of herb, I used 1 1/2 over all. I also seasoned the salmon and corn mix with sea salt and pepper . Then only baked the salmon for 15 mins, of course depends on the thickness of the salmon. I cooked fresh sliced mushroom in a sauce pan then the rest incredients together to infuse them all for 10 mins with medium-high heat. The corn mix dish came out really good, and the salmon turned out so juicy and flavorable. I definitely will make this again for a party. Bravo!!!

Three tablespoons of DRY Herbs de Provence? I KNEW that sounded like a lot! The use of organic corn is expensive and unnecessary seeing as the next ingredient was canned mushrooms. Next time I'll use fresh Herbs De Provence and fresh mushrooms.

I must admit, I always spice up any receipes with the seasonings from my cabinet that I like. So I incorporated additional seasonings into the corn/mushroom mixture, and it turned out great.

Likewise, the salmon was delicious...cooking times will always vary depending on the heat of your oven, so I eyeballed mine and pulled out after about 15 minutes. It was delicious!

maybe it would have been better with the Italian seasoning as shown on TV. Either way, the fish was dry and over seasoned.

I thought she used Italian seasoning rather than herbs de Provence on the show.

The fish was seriously overcooked after 22 min in the oven. Like falling apart. The herbs burned slighlty, too, so it had a bitter burned taste. The corn mixture was very strange and needed seasoning badly. A pretty crappy dinner. Sorry.
