I made my own focaccia dough and also added 1 minced garlic clove to the herbed oil and this bread tastes delicious. It goes perfect with the Tuscan tortellini soup. Thank you Sandra

Made this recipe with Pillsbury pizza dough, as suggested by a review here. It was very good, I just think that the oven could be lower and it doesn't need to cook as long, after you take it out the first time. I also added parm cheese! what a hit, and paired great with the Tuscan Tortellini soup!

Talk about simple & yummy. Followed the recipe..but, use it as a base. You can take this an add meat, veggies, sauces...whatever you like. Sandra...thx.

My hubby downed almost the whole pan of focaccia. Thanks for the easy, yummy recipe!

I made pasta for dinner and made the "herbed focaccia" as my bread for dunking. I added a little bit of goat cheese to the top of each tomato. My kids went crazy for it. I had two pieces left over, which my little one snuck to school for his morning snack! So many possibilities with this one!

Since I had fresh herbs still growing in my garden, I used fresh herbs instead (about 3 times more than the dried, since they're not as potent. AND, I added about a teaspoon of minced garlic to the herb & oil mixture. Very happy, cause it was my first attempt at a focaccia, and it came out totally delicous! Will definitely make this again - thanks Sandra Lee!

I was making beef stew for dinner today when I came across Sandra making this recipe during one of her shows. Since I have home grown tomatoes this time of season I decided to run to the store and buy the pizza dough. It was a great companion with the stew !!! Loved IT !!!!...I also had some shredded parm cheese in the frig and used some of that as well.....Can't wait to try the leftovers tomorrow ---- ENJOY! Diana
