For those who think the sauce is too greasy, you have to add flour or cornstarch to get the sauce a little thick. Then you lay the ribs out on a lined cookie sheet, pour a little sauce over the ribs and put it in the broiler for about 15 minutes!!

My husband and I LOVED this recipe but I had to change it up a bit first. Instead of the catalina I used bbq sauce, added 1 tbsp red pepper flakes and 1 clove minced garlic. The ribs were AMAZING!!!! Can't wait to make them again!

I made them for our New Years Eve party and everybody just loved them. I am making them again tomorrow and I even went out and bought Sandra's slowcooker cookbook.

I paid $20 for the ribs at the local butcher shop and my family would not eat them I will never subject baby backs to this punishment again.

This was very simple and great. The ribs fell right off the bone.

I have never made ribs before I made them with this recipe. They were a big hit with the in-laws who are true rib lovers.

I read all the bad reviews and wonderd "are we talking about the same ribs?"

First you need to shorten the cooking time to only 3 hours on low! After you take them out of the pot, I put a little more of the sauce that I reserved before cooking them on top and put under the broiler for 5min. This gives them a glossy look and more finger liken good. My friends love this recipe I keep it to myself and have never let on to the catelina dressing used.

I am NOT a Sandra Lee fan, but I saw these one day when the TV was on and I was passing by. I tried them because they looked good and easy. I changed a few things....I used a Hickory Smoke BBQ sauce from the grocery and doctored it up with honey and worcestershire and hot sauce. I also browned the ribs really brown under the broiler before I put them in crock pot....DELICIOUS & EASY

This was the most horrible combo for a sauce I have ever seen. I purchased the best and most lean of ribs and this recipe ruined the meat.
This woman can't make anything that tastes good. Perhaps she drinks too many of her prized coctails.
Gross..just like the rest of her stuff.

WE are rib eaters and my husband is very picky aobut his ribs. I made this recipe several times and it never misses. Sometimes I finish it off on the bbq grill outside just for a few minutes. It's easy and I can think about it in the morning and forget about it.
