The chicken was not hot at all. I won't make it again, but if you do, you should probably let it marinate for a few hours at least. The sauce was great, though. We loved it and will use it with our other chicken wing recipes. We did add more hot sauce :-

I can get better wings in the freezer section of my grocery store. They are easier to prepare, too.

The chicken was so bad no one would touch it. But the sauce was good as a sandwich spread.

very hot! My hubby liked them with the hot kicked up sauce, but I liked them with just ranch. They are hot even without the sauce, so I like just ranch to cool them off a bit. Hubby loved the hot sauce though. Thanks for a hot recipe!

These were so tasteless that I thought they were cardboard.

Great, spicy dipping sauce. So easy to do. I am going to use this sauce for dipping veggies too. I served these wings with celery and carrots and the sauce is awesome. The wings are very spicy which we liked.

These were SO easy and so tasty and cooking them long enough is a no brainer.

If you use the dipping sauce as the marinade (skip the other mearinade ingredients -- you might as well be using water and let the chicken marinade overnight, you'll have some juicey, tender, flavorful hot legs. Cook longer than the recipe says and at higher heat to make sure they cook through. Make sure you make extra sauce for dipping!

All the taste came from the dipping sauce not the wings. We were diappointed. Plus we did have to cook them like 15 min longer than the recipe said.
