Excellent! Made with lemon curd, easier to get where I live. So simple and yet so good.

Love this recipe. I have used it with Lemon curd, apple butter, pumpkin butter, and, of course, lime curd. I also combine the cool whip in the cream cheese mixture to make it fluffier and then garnish the top with the fruit, except the pumpkin which gets some fresh nutmeg. Make them as mini cheesecakes too.

..this is yummy and fun to serve little individual cakes. Great for summer when you want to serve a fun dessert with heating up the oven. Nothing fancy though.

Have made these several times now and everyone loves them. I add a little less sugar than what is called for because I think it gives more of a cheesecake taste. I also sprinkle lime zest over the whipped topping for a decoration. Some neon green food coloring helps to give it a more vivid color.

I am constantly asked for this recipe!!!

Keep in mind that these are "no bake" so the taste will not be just like a true cheesecake! But for the little bit of time it takes to make them they are perfect.

Lime curd is hard to find in small communities. I use 1 can of Key Lime Pie Filling 1/2 sugar and 2 eight ounce blocks of cream cheese and pour into a 9 ounce graham cracker crust. This makes two extra servings. I have also replaced the lime pie filling for lemon pie filling. I always get rave reviews either way!

I used half regular cream cheese and half reduced-fat and it still had a wonderfully creamy texture. I found lime curd in the baking and spices aisle. I've made this twice now and it's one of my boyfriend's favorite desserts. He's a big fan of key lime pie and loves this. I also just took it to a cookout, where younger and older guests alike loved it!
