    My husband loves key lime pie and I've made many versions..he hasn't liked ANY as well as this! It was fast..and soooo yummy! In fact he asked me to make this his "special occassion" treat from now on--that in itself is a HUGE compliment! I also bought Lemon Curd to make that version, I LOVE THIS RECIPE!

    I thought this pie was wonderful and so easy to make. I doubled it and used a 9" pie shell. I also used lemon curd. Next time I will make my own pie shell to give it an even better taste.

    This is one of the best and easiest desserts I've ever tried. I've also made it with Nutella sprinkled with chopped almonds - very good and rich.

    So easy and yummy! I made them for a dinner party and everyone loved them! It's so cute too, with the individual servings...all the kids LOVED having their own!

    Okay, cheesecake is one of those foods that I love no matter what. It's hard to ruin a cheesecake to the point that my family won't eat it. This was just plain disgusting. I'm sad :( Alas... a cheesecake that I won't eat again.

    I noticed many reviewers were disappointed with the recipe not being a traditional cheesecake, so perhaps they should be called no bake lime and cream cheese pies. I used low fat cream cheese and added some zest to it. Worthwhile for the energy exerted.

    I couldn't believe how easy it was to make and they are so cute, especially if you take a few extra minutes to garnish them w/ the lime and sugar. I also used this recipe to make lemon cheesecake, substituting lemon curd for the lime curd. You can even make the mixture a day ahead and refrigerate, then spoon into crusts when you are ready. Awesome!

    I loved these - they were SO good and super simple. My husband told me not to make cake or cookies anymore - only these cheesecakes! Even my son the picky-eater loved them. Thanks, Sandra!
