    I loved these - they were SO good and super simple. My husband told me not to make cake or cookies anymore - only these cheesecakes! Even my son the picky-eater loved them. Thanks, Sandra!

    These cheesecakes are so good. They taste great if you squeeze the lime/lemon juice on top of the cheesecake and then putting the coolwhip on for an extra lime (or lemon flavor.

    I made this recipe without sugar because the lime curd was so sweet. It was great! Try using raspberry curd also.

    These are a crowd pleaser, all the little kids enjoyed having their own cheesecake. Try this with the lemon curd too!

    I tried to find lime curd but could not. I used lemon curd. LOOOOOOOOOOOVED it! I used low fat cream cheese and my family makes me make these every week now! Thank Sandra!

    I have made these several times (have substituted lemon curd on some occasions. They are always a hit. So quick & easy.

    Don't use this recipe if you want something that tastes like actual cheesecake. This doesn't. Taste and texture are way off.
