    I made this for my family this weekend and they loved it! I had to modify the recipe a little because I didn't have dried fruit on hand, so I used 2 cups crushed pineapple. I also used regular milk because I didn't have coconut milk on hand. In place of that I added a half cup of coconut. Wonderful, moist and delcious!

    This recipe is fabulously delicious! I'm eating some of this pudding as I write this review. Great for day old bread, any fruit. Wonderful in hot weather. Who wants to use an oven if you don't have to. Top with a little whipped cream for a super dessert anytime of the day or year! You made me look so good at dinner today. Love ya! Tsubaki
