I really love Spicy Sweet food and I love to grill. This was a great meal. My Boys liked it as well. My wife felt it was a little too spicy so next time I will not put as much spice on her piece of chicken. We had it with salad and steamed zucchini. This will stay on our grilling rotation.

The jamaican jerk seasoning is good but I would limit how much you use, especially if you are cooking for children. As far as the pineapple, the combination of that and chicken seemed risky but I was delightfully surprised. I cooked this with a pasta that had tomatoes, oregano, thyme, garlic, and olive oil. They went well together. I would definitely cook this again. :

Easy to prepare and delightfully yummy! It was a little spicy for the kiddos but that just meant more for the adults!

This was my first attempt at a Sandra Lee recipe. It was for a birthday party and everyone loved it, even me, and I am very picky about my cooking. It was truely fast, easy, and inexpensive. The black beans were great too.

This recipe had it all -- healthy, easy, inexpensive and a delight for my beef-eating husband! Best of all - he does the grilling. Thanks Sandra.

We have made this over 5 times now. It is soooo good. I love the sweetness of the sauce with the spicy of the jerk seasoning.

Well my mom and me wanted to try the recipe. And my mom didn't want to buy the rings. But we used the cube's. It still worked the same. I loved the recipe. It's a real easy recipe, a 13 teen year old can do!

We made all the recipes from this episode, except the salad. Everything was SOOOO good. The spice on the chicken and the beans was just right. Kick, but not burn your face off. We grilled our chicken and pineapple out on the charcoal grill and it came out so juicy and flavorful. We made this simply because it sounded good to us, but now we're planning on cooking these recipes for a party we're throwing in 2 weeks.

I wasn't sure how this recipe was going to go over with some of my kids who are somewhat picky eaters when it comes to new things. They absolutely LOVED IT!! My daughter who normally sticks to her tried and true actually went back for seconds. I went somewhat easy on the seasoning and was not too spicy at all so I will go heavier next time. The mix of pineapple and a little heat was excellent. Definitely a keeper and will be used again.

I loved it. The sauce really makes the whole recipe. Delicious. I used pineapple chunks because I didn't have slices. They were just fine. Next time though I'll use more jerk seasoning. I thought the jerk seasoning would be spicy so I lessened it to be careful but I didn't need to. I think I'll even add more then the recommended next time.
