    this was a great recipe. my fiance and i both loved it. i served it with basmati rice and sauteed plantains. the chicken was very flavorful (i used caribbean jerk seasoning, NOT sodium free and moist. great, simple recipe!!

    Tried this tonight and definitely a favorite, especially with the sauce and pineapple! Cooked it with chicken thighs and was very good. The salad and beans were a great compliment. We also added rice with our meal.

    Will put in my recipe box for another night!

    My family loved this recipe. My husband wouldn't stop talking about how good the chicken and pineapple went so well together, and the sauce just gave it that little extra juicy flavor.

    This is a great way to vary grilled chicken recipes. I really like the combination of the island seasoning and the sweet pineapple.
