    My family enjoyed the jerk chicken very much! I got a little carried away with the jerk seasoning on the chicken and the pineapple, making it pretty spicey. We love spicey, but I think I would use a lighter touch with the seasoning if I was serving it to children or friends that enjoy milder flavors. I will definitely make this dish again!

    My entire family loved this dish. I basted with the pineapple sauce and it was the perfect balance of sweet and spicy, but subtle enough that the chicken still tasted like chicken! Loved the grilled pineapple with jerk seasoning served along side. This is a new summer staple in our house.

    This dish was so good and extremely easy to make.. we leave in the city and don't have a grill so I made it on a George Forman and it was absolutely delicious! I also cut up some of the grilled pineapples and put them in the zattaran's dirty rice

    I did my chicken on my George Foreman grill. My chicken ALWAYS comes out cooked all the way through, and is ALWAYS very moist. This is a good recipe and very quick and easy. Bravo!

    I made this chicken with lime/cilantro rice and it turned out really good. I though the jerk seasoning was a bit spicy for the younger children but I enjoyed it very much. We had the island bread pudding for dessert and was a wonderful meal.
