    My variation:
I cut the chicken into strips and cooked it in a saute pan. I served it over brown rice (I used a little chicken stock and pineapple juice instead of water. To serve, I put the rice on my platter, then topped with chicken, then pineapple, then poured the sauce over the entire platter. It was a big hit!

The chicken was not flavorful, and the pineapple did not taste good with the jerk seasoning at all.

Chicken was blah and ordinary. You could hardly taste the jerk spice. That recipe will be throw away. But the pineapple was nice and fun to eat. WIll make that again.

Nothin' says lovin' better than this French Kiss martini. It was so delicious next to the souffle and the pork chops. What a great French meal!

I'm usually afraid to try new things but this looked very appealing to me. It was very easy to make my husband and I loved it!

This was very tasty. We like spicy food so we really enjoyed it. We also made the mango & romaine salad and black bean dish to go along with it. It made for a delicious meal that we'll make again. Thanks Sandra!

This is super tasty and good for you too. My husband hates pineapple and loved this chicken. If you are watching what you eat, it fits right into the healthy lifestyle but doesn't lose out on flavor. Simple to make and even better over brown rice.

The chicken had very little flavor. Next time I'll use Walkerswood Jerk Paste and leave it on for a couple of hours. The pineapple didn't do well on the grill. Fresh would have been better.
