Made this for Christmas, and everyone loved it!
This would have gotten five stars, but it was difficult to cut in half. Next time, I will make it with only two layers.

I ust TRIED to make this cake for my mom's birthday. It crumbled the minute I took it out of the pans. I should have listened to the other reviewers who said it crumbled but I went with the ones who said the cake was great. My mistake!!

I am a baker, not a chef. My family loves this cake!! My daughter (14 hated coconut until I made this cake and now asks for it all the time. Thanks for a wonderful, easy, delicious, fancy looking, looks like I spent hours in the kitchen cake!
