To a tall glass, add 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream. Pour the schnapps or syrup over the ice cream. Fill the glass the rest of the way with club soda. Serve with a straw and spoon.

These are fantastic! We make them with Torani syrup and they're a big hit. This is now a staple treat in our home. Thanks Sandra!
