This is THE BEST Martini I have EVER had!!!!!! It's very easy to make and the flavors together are just wonderful!!!!! Whereever you are when you drink it, it feels like you are on hammock swaying between two palm trees on the beach in Key West!!!!!!!! I just wish it came with a cabanna boy too!!!!!! You have to try it, it's wonderful!!!!!!!

I loved this drink and so did my guests. I cut key lime slices and rubbed the rim of each glass and then dipped the rim in crushed graham crackers. Tasted like you were drinking a key lime pie. Yummy!

I made this for friends last summer - now they ask for it every time we get together no matter what time of year! (We did cut back a little on the coconut.

When I saw the coconut I thought my husband might like it (he loves coconut. I made it for him last saturday night and it was awsome. You have to use the key limes though. We tried one with regular lime juice and it wasn't very good. We think it's a great drink.
