La Romana Tomatoes Gratin
- 4 medium tomatoes, cut in 1/2
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon crushed garlic, (recommended: Christopher Ranch)
- 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
Place tomato halves on foil lined baking sheet and set aside.
In a small bowl, combine melted butter, garlic, and shredded Parmesan.
