    Very Good !
    Great sidedish. I used large tomatoes and kept them in a little longer, and they turned out just fine. Darned easy recipe to make, by the way. Hubby and family liked them. Will use recipe again.

    Let me qualify this by saying I LOVE roasted tomatoes. I thought this recipe was OK. Not great, not bad, but OK. I'd probably recommend roasting for about 15 minutes. 12 didn't seem to give the tomatoes enough time to cook through.
