Made these for a tailgate and they were a hit. Also made them again with chicken instead of lamb and they were great that way as well.

I LOVE this recipe. It's very easy to make, and the flavor is so interesting! I've also used lamb chops and broiled or grilled them with the marinade and then broiled or grilled a cherry tomato and green olive relish separately to put over the top.
