    I loved it! I also used a little extra broth (2 cans was 3.5 cups because I didn't want to waste it. I also added a couple tablespoons of cream at the end :

    YUM! Perfect for the whole family ( family of 5 .. my 1 & 2 yr olds LOVED IT! I did put 4 cups of broth, 4 cups of chicken w/ rice soup. Also instead of Parsley I had sliced up very thin pieces of ginger root and had it in a bowl to the side. Just in case my kids wanted to try it w/ ginger.. which by the way taste amazing in the soup ;

    Yummy, quick, and easy. Serve with a roll or piece of toast and it's a great meal for a night when you don't feel like spending much time in the kitchen.

    s raised Greek Dad always boiled the chicken put it in a bowl and salt & pepperd liberally, then made the soup He used much more freshly squeezed lemon juice he seperated the eggs and beat the whites stiff then slowly add this to the soup after yolks were addded seperately This recipe is quick and easy and can tailor it to how much you want to add Thanks again Sandra love your recipes and show

    Fast, easy and a real comfort food. I used real lemons in the soup. Served with a nice salad a warm rolls, this meal is a winner.

    So easy, so delicious! Always keep coming back for seconds. I use cream of chicken for the canned soup for my own little variation.

    Are you kidding me? Bottled lemon juice? But cut up a real lemon for garnish and waste the rest? And canned soup? And you're supposed to "ribbon" the egg yolks, not just dump them in to create this murky disgusting mess. At this point, its healthier to just order takeout!

    Was this suppose to be Cream of Chicken and Rice Condensed Soup? It was ok, not think and creamy like the soup I am used to. Will add more rice to see if that will make it more heary.

    This is a household favorite! I sweat some onions and garlic in white wine and then add fresh carrots and celery. LOVE the lemon flavor!
