I spotted this recipe in her Cocktail Time book and tried it tonight. It is a FANTASTIC summer martini. Very light and yummy!

This is a wonderful martini. Not sweet. Not tart. But has a wonderful lemon cream flavor. Very satisfying as a dessert drink also -- tastes like a lemon creme pie in a martini glass!

My husband saw Sandra mixing this up today and whipped one up for me. I have a bottle of limoncello that I don't know what to do with. This is the best recipe that incorporates limoncello that we have made. Regular granulated sugar works just fine don't worry about finding lemon sugar.

I'm not sure which part made it creamy. It could have been more lemony as well. All I could taste was vodka. The best part about this drink was the rimming.
