I have had this recipe on file for a couple of years and didn't have an occasion to make it. Recently had a dinner party and made this drink to serve with appetizers. It was fabulous!. Everyone loved it. Light, sparkly, lemony champagne, who could ask for more? Can't wait to have it again.

Instead of following this recipe, I made Creamsicle mimosas (on this website with lemonade instead of orange juice. It is also good with grapefruit juice.

I loved this drink! It looks beautiful, is a "fun" drink and tastes wonderful. Rather than use the frozen lemonade mix, I used the same amount of fresh lemon juice and sugar water that I use when I make lemonade and then added the champagne, etc .... it was GREAT! I definitely plan on making this drink again!!

This drink was great! I didn't have the lemon drops, but it was still great. I did add fresh mint leaves and it was a great addition.

I love lemon drop martinis, so I gave this lemon drop champagne punch a chance. This is nice without being too strong. I added some fresh lemon juice and did not use all the frozen lemonade so it was not be too sweet. The crushed lemon drops are going on my lemon drop martinis next time!

My whole family thought it was a waste of champagne.

I might suggest a bottle of cheap white wine instead because the champagne is totally lost in this recipe. Also the crushed candy is just strange.
