This chicken had the worst aftertaste to it. It was hard to work with, as well.

We thought the chicken was salty and tasted of chemicals. We broiled it on a piece of foil so the little pieces of chicken wouldn't fall through. Served it on rice. Truly Bad.

of this recipe. Even the photo on the internet shows the chicken cut-up, not diced. Yes, a little common sense is a good thing to have when you're using any recipe.

I do believe that this is the best chicken recipe I've ever tasted. I am an avid beef eater, but, I usually make this once a week and I am also a chicken breast lover, but have learned to eat the thighs and legs with this one.

I saw the actual episode so I didn't run into the problems people using the internet did. I broiled it in the oven useing whole Tyson bagged chicken breasts, and real lemon. I couldnt find the mix she used so i got the McCormik baja citrus powder mix. My husband and son both loved it. It's my husbands new favorite meal.

The chopped chicekn cooked fine under the broiler but the taste was very funny and atrificial -- like burned chemicals. Sorry. Won't make again.

I had no problem following the recipe "as is." As long as you don't dice up the chicken too small, it will be fine. Plus it will take the marinade better. We did find the chicken salty and sort of "funky" tasting. We give it 2 stars.

If you watched the show, or look at the picture included with the recipe, you can see this is cut-up chicken pieces, not diced.
Thought the finished product (made with chicken quarters was just OK. I did cut back on the seasoning, since I could tell the recipe amounts would make the chicken too salty.
