This was a wonderful dish, however I believe it needed more salt on the chicken itself before frying.

I have never made fried chicken before so i was totally stoked with how simple it turned out to be. I loved the crispyness and crunchiness of the coating and the chicken was very moist. But the real treat is the sauce its not too sweet it is just superb. This recipe is a new family favorite and i will be sure to make it again and agian.

We didn't have all the ingredients for the lemon sauce and had to use white wine in place of chicken broth and worcester sauce instead of soy sauce. It completly changed the taste and we love it so much we have to double that part for left overs. We first saw this in March of 2008 and do not wait for a special occasion to cook this. It is a regular at our table. I have not been able to find Lemon Curd and have gotten very good at making my own and keep it in the refrigerator so that I can make it when the mood hit us. Thank You Sandra Lee for giving us something that we enjoy so much.

This chicken was okay, but I don't know...I guess I expected to taste more comoplexity in the sauce. It just tasted like simple fried chicken with melted lemon curd...no real WOW factor.

This Chicken was wonderful, my husband loved it. I thought the sauce was well balanced and complimented the chicken perfectly. I'll be making this again soon.

I've made this recipe a few times now since I saw this episode. My family just loves it! And it's so easy to make. It goes great with her Apple Rice Pilaf recipe as well. I highly recommend it!
