- 1 kiwi, peeled and sliced, 2 slices reserved
- 2 shots vodka
- 1 shot melon liqueur
- 1 part simple syrup
- Dash jalapeno-pepper juice
In a small bowl crush kiwi using a muddler or a fork. In a cocktail shaker add ice, crushed kiwi, vodka, melon liqueur, a dash of simple syrup and a dash of jalapeno-pepper juice. Stir and strain into martini glass. Garnish with reserved kiwi slices.
