Great cookies especially for me who doesn't bake much but need a quick cookie when grandkids pop in and are looking for something yummy.
    Big kids like them too!

The topping which was not included in the recipe is basically slowly melt white chocolate chips in bowl over boiling water (don't let the boiling water touch the bottom of the bowl. When its mostly melted stir out the lumps and add about 2 T of veg oil. Once smooth pour melted chocolate in plastic bag. Cut small hole in the corner of the bag and frost cookies.

I made them today for a fund raiser bake sale. They are too sweet for my taste, but my daughter loved them! Next time i will use unsweetened coconut flakes. I use pecans and add 1/2 cup of white chocolate chips to the dough. I did not drizzle.

I had to make these for a last minute request for a military christmas party. The guys loved them. The cookies only last about 5 minutes after I set them on the table. I was asked to make them again for New Years. Thanks Sandra!

Well if I would not have watched the show, I would not of know how long to bake the cookies. I also had to Watch for the topping. The recipe does not mention any of this.

My husband and my son love these cookies. The second time I made them, I added the white chocolate chips into the dough rather than drizzling the chocolate over the top. The drizzled chocolate fell off the cookies while eating them. They taste great and they are so easy!

Every time I bring these somewhere, people go crazy for them! The recipe doesn't say to drizzle them with melted white chocolate, but do.
