These are some very good cookies. I had to give an extra chop to my macadamia nuts, as they were only chopped in half when I purchased them. And the white chocolate icing really topped it off! Thanks Sandra.

I made these cookies tonight for the first time and they came out wonderful. Even my picky 9yo son loved them! I will definitely be making them again. Thanks for the great recipe.

This recipe is quick and easy. I made these cookies 5 times within the last 2 weeks. My friends love them. You can add more coconut then the recipe says but if you add too much the bottoms of the cookie might cook faster then the rest of the cookie.

My husband and I loved these cookies so much. He says the best...I have to make another batch today cause my grandkids are coming over and I told them I has some but we already ate them..Although, before making them I had read the reviews and found someone who had the recipe for the frosting. I had forgotten and bought a container of frosting thinking that is what I was suppose to use. I also put the white chocolate chips in the mix. Next time I am going to use chocolate chips for the frosting... LOVED THEM

These are delicious! I also used walnuts instead of the mac nuts & left out the choc drizzle due to being sweet enough with coconut. Either way is fantastic!

This recipe is so easy and the end product is excellent. I've used toasted pecans as the add in inplace of macadamia nuts and the pecans were very good.

I prepared this cookie recipe for our "couple friends" who we dine with regularly. After dinner we alternate as to who's house we have dessert at.
The compliments were very flattering. They were even regarded as "gourmet". Thanks for such an easy recipe.

These cookies are delicious!! And soooo easy! But, I did drizzle them with the white chocolate chips! Can't imagine why anyone would dislike them!
