The first time I made these, I could not get the white chocolate to melt properly (to drizzle over the cookies so the second time I made them, I just added white chocolate chips in with the cocount & macadamias. Much better this way! Still, and incredible cookie however you make them (with or without the chocolate!

Excellent cookies, we've made them twice for ourselves and my wife just made them for a bake sale at church!

I made these cookies to bring to a Luau and won top prize for dessert! They are very easy to prepare and taste yummy. Next time I may use cashews instead as macadamia nuts can be a little more expensive.

I loved baking these cookies, they were easy and delicious. I substituted cashews for the macadamias, I may try adding some dried sweetened cranberries next time for added texture and taste.

Good Summer entertaining cookie. They forgot to put in the recipe the part about melting 1 cup of white choc chips with 1 tsp of shortening for 1 minute in the microwave. Put the melted chips in a ziplock bag, cut off the tip and drizzle over the top of cookies.

These are ok.Not my favorite. But I do think you should also drizzle some dark choc to make them look even prettier.

I had a lot of trouble with them sticking to my cookie sheet and coming out dry. That may have been due to using margarine instead of butter. However, once stored they softened up. They were very good and addictive. This is a good after dinner cookie with the drink recipe from the episode or with coffee. Don't expect a strong taste difference like a chocolate chip cookie. Since my guy liked them so much, I will try them with butter next time.

I did like Sandra suggested on the show and added a couple of handfuls of cream cheese to make a macadamia-coconut cheese ball. It was truly amazing and all my friends at the bunco party were raving after they tried it!
