    I couldn't find the Honey Mustard chicken glaze. I used the Carolina Chicken Seasoning instead. It was delicious. So simple to make, and easy to double for large family meals.

    I didn't have the honey mustard glaze either so I used salt, pepper and dry thyme and it came out pretty good. I didn't use carrots but the glaze made the brussels sprouts and potatoes taste really good.

    i am wanting to try this recipe but my grocery store did not have the McCormick honey mustard glaze seasoning. She dipped it out of the pkg like sauce mixes come in. Does anyone have a substitue? thanks

    I only gave it 4 stars because I forgot to do the maple glaze LOL but the chicken was DELICIOUS and the vegetables were great as well. My 1 year old even loved it!! great delicious dish that the kids will even eat. I have 2 girls that are 9 & 10 both picky eaters and they both loved it too. Can't wait to try it with the glaze next time!!!

    I like the recipe but the chicken could of been marinated a bit longer. The vegetables were excellent.
