The recipe was so easy and the chicken was so juicy and flavorful.

I added my own touches with a Jalapeno Pepper Jack cheese melted on top and instead of using the chicken seasoning suggested, used Mc Cormick's "Grill Mates - Citrus Baja".

Cannot wait till the weather is warmer and use this as a grill recipe with friends or family over.

I made this recipe for friends that were in town for dinner. Everyone raved about how tender the chicken was & how great the tast was! I'm not a fan of margaritas, but the flavors with the chicken are quite tasty! I would recommend this to anyone!

I wanted a lighter meal for the NASCAR party we hold every weekend. Normally we have brisket or ribs. With this recipe, I had no leftovers.

I made this chicken recipe with boneless skinless breasts and then cut it into strips for fajitas. A great recipe to use for a crowd!

This was not one of my favorites. The chicken did turn out very moist, but did not have as much flavor as I expected it to have. I marinated it for about 45 min -- guess that was not long enough. The fresh cilantro taste was really good. We added lots of hot sauce to give it more flavor.

My husband loved this so much that it has to be in the rotation now. I loved it also. I only marinated for about 45 minutes because of limited time. I will definitely stick with the 45 mins on marinating. It had enough flavor that I think any longer and it would just be too much. I cooked it in the oven for 45 mins and it was tender and moist. I didn't have any cilantro on hand so I used some tarragon and cumin instead. Not much just a pinch of both. It was really good.

    Thanks!

Made this for my family last night, along with the borracho beans and a box mix of spanish style rice and fresh corn. Everyone liked it, but the chicken was a little sweet and mild compared to the other dishes. Next time I'll add more garlic and some chili powder to give it a little more zip. FYI, the beans were a huge hit, so try those, too!

I STARTED THIS RECEIPE AND WAS NOT ABLE TO MAKE IT THE SAME NIGHT I PUT IT IN THE MARINADE. BIG MISTAKE. BY THE TIME I MADE IT THE NEXT EVENING THE CHICKEN HAD TAKEN ON SO MUCH OF THE TEQUILA/LIME FLAVOR THAT WE ENDED UP THROWING IT AWAY. SO IF YOU ARE GOING TO TRY IT, DONT LET IT SIT IN THE MARINADE VERY LONG AND IT WOULD PROBABLY BE FINE.
