Made this tonihgt for the family and friends, everyone loved it. The chicken caame out very moist but i marinated it overnight instead. It is a keeper for sure. I will be making this for 20 people next week as well.

I changed just a couple of things and my family went nuts over this!! Instead of using the mix and tequila, I just purchased the bottled ready-to-serve margaritas. It was the perfect ratio of mix to tequila and wasn't too sweet then. I also added a little chili powder and cumin to the marinade and melted some pepper jack and cheddar cheeses on top before serving. If my son doesn't get this at least once a week he's very upset!!

My family and I really loved this recipe, it is sooo easy and sooo good we lick the plate, Sandra you are one of my favorites! this recipe is no brainer and it is delicious.

My family loved this dish, however I spiced it up a little! I used the montreal chicken grill mates and some of Paula Deens House Seasoning on the chicken and sauteed onions and peppers in lime juice. My husband grilled the chicken and then we topped the chicken with the onions and peppers and mozzarella cheese, served over wild rice - yummmmmmmy! My family has requested again and again!

This was one of the tastiest chicken recipes my hubby and I have ever had! I added a little bit more tequila which really gave it a zip. I know you not supposed to use the marinade afterwards so I reserved about 1/2 a cup and about half way though baking I poured the marinade over the chicken and finished cooking. It was extra moist and extra yummy! Thanks Sandra!!

I've seldomly met a chicken dinner that I didn't like. I'm sad to say it but, this one was just icky. Save the margarita mix for your blender and instead use only the grill spice that the recipe calls for.

I made it for my parents and brother and tumbs down all the way... looks like people who grilled it like it better not sure I will make it again unless I'm brave enough to grill it.
